Polymarket restricts parts of Ukraine. Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk are fully blocked; the rest of Ukraine is not on the list. Local gambling and financial rules still apply; this is Polymarket's own access policy, not legal advice.
Some regions are close-only; the rest of the country is not on the list. Polymarket applies these rules by location: its website and API check where a request comes from, and its terms of service forbid getting around them.
