No. Crypto.com agreed with Nevada regulators to stop operating there in November 2025; after the Ninth Circuit ruled against it in August 2026 it petitioned the US Supreme Court (No. 26-344). [19][23]
Crypto.com launched OG, a standalone prediction-market app using CDNA contracts, on February 3, 2026. On September 8, 2026 Robinhood named OG.com an infrastructure and clearing provider and took equity stakes in Crypto.com and OG.com. [17][18]
